The product team behind it has spent years in job search, recruiting operations, and B2B outreach — and kept seeing the same pattern: qualified candidates buried in ATS queues while the hiring manager never knew they existed.
Who we are
DearHiringManager.io is a product of Karhuno Group, a remote team building practical tools for people navigating the job market. We are not a generic email-data vendor. We focus on one workflow: a job seeker finds a role they want, pastes the posting URL, and gets the hiring manager's contact — not a recruiter inbox, not a sales lead list.
Why we built this
Sales tools like Hunter.io and Apollo solve a different problem: bulk prospecting at a company domain. Job seekers need the person attached to a specific opening. Career coaches have recommended direct outreach to hiring managers for years; the hard part was always finding the right name and email. We built the tool we wished existed during our own searches.
How we write and research
Our blog guides are written from hands-on job search experience and publicly available hiring data. We cite sources, avoid made-up statistics, and test recommendations against what actually works in 2026 — short emails, correct timing, and reaching the decision-maker instead of the portal black hole.
