DearHiringManager.io helps job seekers skip the ATS black hole by finding the hiring manager behind a specific job posting. Users paste a job URL and receive the likely decision-maker's name, work email, and LinkedIn profile in about a minute.

We are a small remote team building practical tools for people navigating the job market. Every role here has direct impact on a live product with real users — no layers of process, no vanity features. If you like shipping fast, owning outcomes, and working on problems that matter to job seekers, you will fit in.

All positions listed below are remote and open to candidates in the United States and selected EU countries. We work across US and EU time zones and hire full-time or part-time contractors depending on the role and your preference.
